No-bake Oreo Cheesecake

This no-bake Oreo cheesecake is adapted from the Kraft Recipes page, but was changed a bit to include gelatin in the mixture.
I’ve revised the recipe a bit to include quantities and ingredients that works for us

Ingredients and Materials :

Oreo Cookies 30 packs (each pack contain 3 cookies)

Unflavored gelatin

500 g cream cheese

300ml whipping cream

150g sugar

150g butter melted

spring-form cake pan

food processor (for crushing the cookies and mix ingredients )

Note : We used a rolling pin to crush the cookies

Procedure

Crush the packet of Oreo cookies using a food processor (or if you don’t have one, there are other ingenious ways to crush cookies).
Separate at least 5 tablespoons of crushed /powdered Oreo. It will be used later to top the cheesecake.
Mix the butter and crushed cookies together to form the crust.
Using your hand or a back of a spoon press onto a lightly oiled 8inch spring-form cake pan.
Chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, while you’re preparing the cheesecake filling.
Beat the whipped cream for 3-5 minutes, until a soft peak forms
Fold the whipped cream to combine with the cream cheese and sugar  using a stand-mixer or hand-held beater, until smooth.
Add the gelatine into the mixture.
Using a spatula or metal spoon, mix until all combined.
Pour the cream cheese filling into the prepared tin, smooth the top.
Top with the extra crushed Oreo cookies.
Chill for a few hours before serving, or overnight.
